Complete an Order Form
We are taking a small break from weddings and are unable to take on any stationery orders at this time.
Fill out an order form listing the stationery items you require along with your details and return it to us.
We get busy during the spring/summer wedding season so we do recommend ordering all of your wedding stationery at the same time so we can ensure you get a second diary slot. We do not need any of the information for the on the day stationery just yet, but we do need approximate numbers. Please be aware that these numbers can only be reduced by up to 15% nearer the time
Send us your 50% deposit
Once you have completed your order form please return it to us with your 50% deposit.
This can be paid by:
Bank Transfer (details on order form)
Cheque (made payable to Bubbly Creations)
PayPal invoice which we email to you
(you do not need an account to pay this way, you can just input your card details)
Once we receive your order form and deposit we will book you a diary slot and will email you an order confirmation. This will contain a summary of the order and an approximate delivery date for your items. The email will also let you know the dates we need the information for your on the day stationery (if ordered along with templates to fill out).
Please forward any information needed for your stationery via email only i.e Guest Names, Table Plan, Order of Service and Menu details. We will email you templates to fill out for these.
We will send you an electronic proof 4-6 weeks before we are due to start work on your order. We will also post swatches of the card and ribbon we will be using on your stationery.
All stationery orders are sent via Royal Mail or Courier and will require a signature. Deliveries are Monday-Friday only.

Orders under 2kg = £9
Orders over 2kg = £15
Table Plans = £10
